Our chocolates are best enjoyed at room temperature. They should be stored in their original packaging in a cool, dry place. We recommend that you eat them within a month of receiving them.
In the heart of Provence, our fruit and almond pastes are made by a confectionery house run by 4 generations of the same family, passing on their tradition of exceptional quality. The same gestures, care and attention have been preserved through the recipes transmitted and patiently acquired, carried out according to the strictest norms of hygiene.

In keeping with the ancestral art of confectionery, our 'calissons' are made exclusively with natural products. The ingredients are rigorously selected to preserve the taste of the original fruit. 'Calissons' combine mouth-watering crystallised orange peel and melon with blanched almonds set on a wafer base and topped with glacé icing.
These traditional 'calissons' from Aix-en-Provence will melt in your mouth in a burst of incomparable flavour.
Our macaroons are created for us by the talented pastry chef, Sébastien Laurent, and made entirely by hand in his artisan workshop.
They are made using a base of Italian meringue to which specially selected, extra fine almond powder is added. Our macaroons are completed with a variety of cream fillings made either from pureed fruit harvested at perfect maturity, fruit concentrate for citrus flavours or natural essences for floral flavours: Madagascan vanilla, Sicilian pistachio, Menton lemon, Solliès fig, Ecuador chocolate, Machilly raspberry and Isigny butter caramel... No chemicals, flavourings or preservatives are used in the production of our macaroons.
