These gorgeous roses white and red roses are amongst Aquarelle’s favourites.
These fresh flowers will travel in a non-spill vase designed especially by Aquarelle to keep the stems in water at all times during transport.
The following care tips will help your recipient enjoy this bouquet for as long as possible:
- Choose a suitable vase, with an opening of no more than 8cm in diameter.
- Trim the stems according to the height of the vase, as the beauty of your arrangement will depend on the length of the flowers.
- Use the sachet of plant food provided, mixing it with one litre of water. You can then save any excess to top up the vase over the following week.
The roses are cut at the ideal stage of maturity. Remember to remove any dead heads as your bouquet develops.
After 4 days, trim the stems again and change the water completely.
Cut the tie surrounding the stems
Clean the stems thoroughly , removing as much foliage as possible, as this can affect the quality of the water and prevent your flowers from opening.
Trim the stems according to the height of your vase.
Put fresh water in the vase and add the sachet of plant food provided.
Don’t forget to add a little water every day.
Some roses will bloom more quickly than others. Removing any wilted heads as soon as possible will make your bouquet last longer.
White roses are particularly sensitive to their environment, and a few imperfections may appear as they open.
After 4 days, trim the stems again and change the water completely.
